From dirt to divine! This project was pretty much a blank slate when we started. The builder only put in a little patch of grass and a few plants in the front, but to us, that means endless possibilities. J's worked with the homeowner to guide them on the best way to split this project up over multiple phases and end up creating great outdoor spaces that their whole family can enjoy. Over the course of these phases, we brought in over 1000 yards of soil to make the grade right and usable. We've built a lot of cool yards, but this one really demonstrates that great landscaping can be both functional and beautiful. The expansive paver patio created more outdoor entertaining area. Other design elements include a water feature, dry creek bed with accent boulders, berms for visual interest, and a custom garden area that not only looks amazing, but helps keep the deer out! The accent lighting and path lights provide safe walking spaces and highlight the beautiful trees and landscaping throughout. All of these details come together to make the outdoors a destination for family time.
